Noranda ute owner: Driver clings to car after alleged thief tries to steal it in Perth

Shocking footage shows a ute owner clinging to the side of his vehicle as an alleged thief makes off with it. The 25-year-old hangs on for 3km before falling off and requiring medical attention.
