Zelensky Denounces ‘Absurd’ U.N. Security Council Presidency for Russia

President Volodymyr Zelensky of Ukraine said that permitting Moscow its monthlong chairmanship of Security Council meetings showed “the complete bankruptcy of such institutions.”
