Zound Industries Acquires Marshall Amplification To Create New Group With $360m Revenues

The brand new Marshall Group will combine Zound Industries and Marshall Amplification in one group with revenues of $360m and double-digit profitability. The Marshall Family will be the largest shareholders and Terry and Victoria Marshall will have seats on the group's main board.
