An End To Pentagon Wish Lists?

Under pressure from Sen. Elizabeth Warren and other key members of Congress, the Pentagon has come out in favor of ending the legal requirement for the military services to supply "wish lists" to Congress, comprised of items they want that didn't make it into the official budget request.
