Two empty cop cars are set ablaze in NYC's Flatiron District as officers launch hunt for arsonist

An arsonist set two parked NYPD police cars on fire before making a run for it on Monday. A man, whose identity remains unknown, approached the parked law enforcement vehicles in the Flatiron District.
