Judge orders a Louisiana child rapist who attacked a pre-teen girl to be chemically castrated

Ryan Clark, 34, of Kentwood, was hit with a sentence that consisted of 35 years in prison and the controversial medical procedure by Judge Brian Ables, after raping a girl under the age of 13.
