Hendrick Motorsports Will Appeal Historic NASCAR Penalties

Hendrick Motorsports said it will appeal the penalties handed down NASCAR Wednesday. The $400,000 fine was the largest team fine in the history of the sport, but a penalty that is consistent with similar penalties for other teams with the Next Gen car.
