Man, 23, accused of stabbing girl, 9, to death in the street is declared unfit to stand trial

Deividas Skebas, who is alleged to have fatally stabbed nine-year-old Lilia Valuyte outside her Lincolnshire home last year, will instead be judged in a trial of facts.
