Hunt for man captured on CCTV pushing a wheelchair over alleged assault of a teen in Melbourne

Police released CCTV of the man outside the State Library of Victoria in Melbourne on January 20 around the time of the alleged attack, in an effort to track him down and find witnesses to the incident.
