Private home sales crashed 26.9% to 928 units in October

Private home sales fell 26.9% MoM to 928 units in October, according to data from the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA). On a YoY basis, sales surged 84.9%. Including executive condominiums (ECs), new home sales dropped 26.4% MoM to 955 units.
