Teen admits to molesting NPCC mate after locking her in toilet

SINGAPORE — During a National Police Cadet Corps (NPCC) training session at a secondary school, a polytechnic student lured a his fellow cadet to a female toilet before locking her in a cubicle and molesting her - for the second time.
